I’m in the fortunate position of not having to own my own car so... public transportation all the way. It’s a 30-minute train ride and saves me $25+ a day in parking.
That said, I can’t wait until it’s riding weather. My scooter looks lonely.

(I know it was a joke, but ugh, I’d rather ride the bus but it’s never been an option for me)

Even if it was more convenient, I think I would have trouble taking public transit instead of driving every day. Maybe it is because I have a short commute, that I am a bit biased. But I really enjoy the ride home from work and top down on a really nice weather kind of day going to work. Being able to say “it’s a nice day, let me just go for a drive over my lunch break with no destination in mind”. Maybe the solution is always daily drive something you find exciting!
